| NORDIC NEOLITHIC SEALAND FLINT THIN-BUTTED AXE Gray in color with cream swirling inclusions, the surface finely polished, the elongated trapezoidal form convex on both wide faces, tapering to the sharp rounded cutting edge. Axes such as the present example were a valuable and important commodity in Late Stone Age trade.
