EGYPTIAN NEW KINGDOM LIMESTONE BUST OF AN OFFICIAL

Wearing a short braided wig and a short beard. The reverse has an inscribed back pillar, of which only the top remains, carved with two lines of hieroglyphs, 'Two arms under...' and '...whom the sacred barque has passed'.

XVIIIth-XXIth Dynasty, ca. 1550-1070 BC
